Return and Refund Policy

Refund and Return Policy for Employability Enhancement Training & Certification

1. Return Eligibility

The book can be returned within 24 hours from the time of delivery to the purchaser.
Beyond this 24-hour period, returns will not be accepted, and only a partial refund of Rs. 100/- will be provided.

2. Refund Conditions

The refund amount of Rs. 100/- will be processed only after verifying the return request and ensuring compliance with the conditions mentioned above.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through an alternative agreed upon with the purchaser.

3. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the refund or return policy will be referred to Arbitration as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including applicable amendments up to December 2024.
The place of arbitration shall be Visakhapatnam.
The party raising the dispute will bear the entire expenses incurred for the arbitration process.
